Fast rising menswear brand, McMeka has released his Spring/Summer 2014 ‘Man About Town’ Collection and it is dapper (for lack of words!)

Owned by Emeka Rodney, the 2013 LFDW  Young Designer of the year winner pulled some perfect men’s looks that left us in awe. Inspired by the savvy globe trotting gentleman who isn’t afraid to take on style, the collection features bold colours; including orange, electric blue, green and heavy prints, think gingham! tweed and more.

We couldn’t get over the green asymmetrical suits; daring and fashion forward, the electric blue and the tweed looks, If those aren’t the definition of debonair then we don’t know what else is!

Good NewsMovie Producers & Marketers Lift Mercy Johnson’s Ban In a press release signed by the spokesman for Film, Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria (FVPMAN), Norbert Ajaegbu, the group said the ban placed on Mercy Johnson has been lifted.

If reports are anything to go by, Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson can now freely return to working on movie sets as the ban which was placed on her a few months ago has now been lifted.

In a press release signed by the spokesman for Film, Video Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria (FVPMAN), Norbert Ajaegbu, the group said the ban placed on Mercy Johnson has been lifted. According to him:

‘Having diligently concluded all the jobs in dispute, she leaves us with no choice than to accept her apology.’He further said ‘She is one wonderful personality we would not want to join issues with. She knows when to say sorry. She has concluded all that we asked her to do. We have directed our members to resume all the previous existing relationship with her.’

Mercy Johnson was banned a few months ago from acting for allegedly being ‘too expensive’. Good to know we will be seeing more of her on our screens.

The brand is known for their use of young models/ fresh faces and it comes as an unexpected choice considering the fact that cosmetic brands tend to embrace more young models and actress! But at 64 Jessica Lange couldn’t look better; she was stunning!

The 64 year old ‘American Horror Story’ actress was photographed by David Sims, she wore a rather pensive expression in the somewhat moody images, she radiated the old Hollywood type look, it was a subtle but classic campaign.
