Love your toothbrush

According to a survey by Oral B, only 63 per cent of women brush their teeth twice daily, compaired to 73 per cent of men – not so ideal for the most romantic day of the year says Oral-B’s ambassador Dr.Uchenna Okoye, who understandably has lent us some top tips to help us perfect our loving smile instead.

– “Follow the ‘whiter than white diet,’ avoiding (where possible!) red wine, coffee, cola and curry which stain the teeth, whilst topping up on plenty of crunchy vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, celery and apples, as these foods actively help clean and protect your teeth.
– “Use fast-acting whitening toothpaste: I always recommend using Oral-B 3D White Luxe Glamorous Shine toothpaste. Paired with Oral-B Pro 3000 White & Clean, visible whitening results are guaranteed!
– “Hydrate: you are more likely to get bad breath if you’re dehydrated, so drink lots of water and pack your sugar-free gum to neutralise the effect of bad breath”

According to a study conducted by Wella haircare, which surveyed 1600 singles on dating website, men find wavy, curly, free-flowing hair the most irresistible – even though over half of women say poker straight locks is what makes them feel the most confidence.
